You send a text. The work gets done.
Meet Venn’s super agents: the power of consumer AI, built on your data and owned by you.
Transcript
Resident: Kitchen sink is leaking
Agent: Plumber booked for 2:00 today. I’ll text you when he’s on the way.
Voiceover: This fall, everyone got an agent.
Resident: Can I renew another year?
Agent: Done. Same rate. Lease is in your inbox, ready to sign.
Voiceover: Your residents send a text. Something happens.
Property manager: 3C needs to be ready for move-in Monday.
Agent: Cleaners Thursday, paint Friday, walkthrough Saturday at 10. It’s on your calendar.
Property manager: Who’s late on rent?
Agent: 6 residents. Reminders sent. 2 already paid. Offer payment plans to the other 4?
Property manager: Yes.
Agent: Done. I’ll update you Friday.
Voiceover: Your team sends a text. The work gets done.
Owner: Why did Building C get a 2-star review?
Agent: 11 repair calls on Unit 4B’s HVAC since March. $4,300 spent so far. A replacement is $3,800. Want me to schedule it?
Owner: Yes.
Agent: Scheduled Thursday. Resident notified. Review response drafted.
Voiceover: No app. No portal. No ticket number. One text, one result, for your residents, your team, and your P&L.
Voiceover: That’s not a chatbot. It knows your buildings, your residents, and your way of doing things, because it runs on your Company Brain, connected to every system you already use.
Voiceover: Venn built the intelligence layer and the rails underneath. What runs on them is yours.
Voiceover: Your residents are going to have an agent. The only question is whose.
End card: Everyone needs their own instinct.
TL;DR
- What it is: a super agent built on your Company Brain. Residents, property teams and owners text it, and it does the work.
- No app. No download, no portal, no ticket number. It answers by text, on your number, in your name.
- Residents get problems solved in a text. Property teams get hours of coordination done for them. Owners get answers and fixes for their P&L.
- It’s yours. Your data, your learnings, your model. Nothing it learns about your residents or your business goes to anyone else.
- Why now: Amazon just blocked Meta’s Muse agent rather than let it learn its customers. As agents like Muse, dots and Instinct go mainstream, real estate faces the same choice.

Amazon said no
In September, less than two weeks after Meta launched its Muse shopping agent, Amazon shut it out. Amazon understood that an outside agent sitting between it and its customers doesn’t just place orders. It learns what people buy, what they pay and what they almost bought. Give it enough time and it knows your customers better than you do.
Real estate is next. Residents already text AI agents to book dinners, pay bills and run their calendars. Soon they’ll text one about the leak, the renewal and the late fee. The question for every operator is the one Amazon answered: whose agent will they be talking to?
We built Venn’s super agents so the answer is yours. You get everything consumer agents can do, built for your buildings and running on your data.
The app era is over
For fifteen years, every problem in property management got the same answer: another app. A resident app, a maintenance app, a leasing portal, an owner dashboard. Each one asks somebody to go somewhere, log in, click something and wait.
Residents don’t want an app. They want the sink fixed. Property managers don’t want a dashboard. They want 3C ready by Monday. Owners don’t want a report. They want to know why NOI moved and what to do about it.
An app gives you a place to ask. A super agent gives you the answer, then does the work. It doesn’t even wait to be asked: it watches your inboxes and operating data, flags what needs attention and finishes the job once you say yes.
For residents: one text, one result
Residents text the number they already have for their building. That’s the whole experience.
| They text | They get |
|---|---|
| “Kitchen sink is leaking” | A plumber booked for 2:00, and a text when he’s on the way |
| “Can I renew another year?” | Their renewal terms and a lease in their inbox, ready to sign |
| “Can I pay rent on the 5th this month?” | Your policy, applied, and a confirmation |
No password to reset and no ticket to chase. Answers come in seconds, at 2 a.m. or on a holiday, in your voice and under your policies. Faster answers mean fewer escalations, better reviews and more renewals. And unlike a consumer agent, every one of those conversations stays with you.
For property teams: the work gets done
Your team texts the agent like they’d text their best coordinator, and it handles the follow-through across vendors, residents and calendars.
- Turns: “3C needs to be ready for move-in Monday” puts cleaners Thursday, paint Friday and a walkthrough Saturday at 10 on the calendar.
- Collections: “Who’s late on rent?” returns six residents, sends reminders, flags the two who already paid and offers payment plans to the other four, with your approval.
- Maintenance: it books the vendor you call first, updates the resident and closes the loop in your PMS.
- What you forgot: “Three renewals expire Friday with no reply. Want me to send offers at last year’s rate?”
The agent takes the repetitive coordination off your team’s plate, so they can spend their time with residents and on the property.
For owners: answers and fixes, not reports
Owners text questions about the portfolio and get the answer, the cause and a recommendation ready to approve.
Owner: Why did Building C get a 2-star review?
Agent: 11 repair calls on Unit 4B’s HVAC since March. $4,300 spent so far. A replacement is $3,800. Want me to schedule it?
Owner: Yes.
Agent: Scheduled Thursday. Resident notified. Review response drafted.
One text replaces the spreadsheet, the email chain and the weekly call. It’s your P&L, explained and acted on.
How it works: your Company Brain
A chatbot answers from a script. Your super agent runs on your Company Brain: one connected layer across your property management system, work orders, leases, inboxes, vendors and the way your team runs things. It knows Building B’s rooftop AC has had 11 service calls since June, it knows your renewal policy and it knows which vendor you call first. That’s why it can act, not just reply.
It’s custom to you. Your policies, your vendors, your tone of voice. No two Venn super agents are the same, because no two operators run their buildings the same way.
Why it has to be yours
Muse could do a lot for Amazon’s customers. The problem was who it worked for. Every order it placed taught Meta something about Amazon’s business.
The same is true in real estate. If the agent your residents text belongs to someone else, every conversation teaches someone else about your residents, your rents and how you operate: which buildings break, how fast you fix them and which residents are about to leave. That’s the real cost of the convenient option. The free agent is never free. You pay with what it learns.
Venn built the intelligence layer and the rails underneath. What runs on them is yours: every conversation, every decision and everything your agent learns. Your data trains your agent and no one else’s. Forever.
Amazon had the scale to say no. With Venn, every real estate company can do the same, without Amazon’s engineering budget.
