Every company has a moment where the story becomes clear, not just to the team, but to the entire market. For Venn, that moment is now.
We announced a $52 million fundraise this week, but the raise isn’t the story. The story is that the industry is finally ready for what we’ve been building quietly, obsessively, and sometimes painfully, for years.
From day one we believed something simple: people who live in buildings are not “tenants,” they are customers. And the best companies in the world - Apple, Airbnb, Amazon - built empires by caring about their consumers, understanding them deeply, and earning their trust at every interaction.
Multifamily never had the infrastructure to do that. Too many systems. Too many silos. Too many broken touchpoints.
You can’t build trust when everything is disconnected.
You can’t build a brand when every interaction feels transactional.
You can’t elevate your business without engaging and delighting your customers.
So we built the system that makes trust possible.
Venn is the operating system that connects every moment of the resident journey into one live, intelligent flow. Search. Screening. Leasing. Moving in. Payments. Communication. Service. Renewals. One system. One identity. One consistent experience.
With Venn OS, operators finally get to know their residents, teams work faster without increasing headcount and every interaction becomes both an emotional and a financial opportunity. In short, Venn empowers operators to build trusted consumer relationships at scale.
This is not about software. It’s about building trusted customer relationships at scale.
People who know us know this: we don’t rush product. We didn’t try to “sell first, fix later” like many companies do.
We wanted to build something that was different, something that would wow the industry the moment they touched it. Beautiful. Seamless. Intelligent. And obsessively simple for everyone who uses it: operators, partners, residents. It took years to perfect the foundation. Years of saying “not yet” instead of “good enough.”
Now that it’s ready, everything changes.
In the past 18 months, Venn expanded across 62 cities, partnered with 270 operators, and connected more than 500,000 residents.
Not installs. Not logos. Actual lives we touch every day.
But the opportunity is even bigger. The living economy, insurance, energy, mobility, connectivity, home services, credit and everything else around how we live, is a $10 trillion dollar opportunity. And the operators who build trusted relationships will be the ones to participate in it. Venn is the gateway.
The next chapter is simple: hyper-scale.
We are now focused on putting Venn in front of as many residents as we can, as fast as we can. Not with hype, with product. Not with promises, with proof. Our goal: 1 million units by the end of 2026. To get there, we’ll keep doing what we do best:
• doubling down on product and AI
• turning onsite teams into superheroes
• helping every operator build their own consumer brand
• unlocking new revenue streams through trust
• and attracting the best talent without compromising on culture
This is the moment we’ve been building toward.
We always believed that if you treat people with real care, if you make their lives easier, simpler, more human, the business will follow. And today, after everything we’ve built, we have even more conviction that this is the right way to change this industry.
We’re here to build something big. Something durable. Something that actually improves how millions of people live.
Most importantly, we will keep building with passion, alongside the amazing team who chose to build this the hard way, patiently, thoughtfully, and with rare care. Their dedication created the product, trust, momentum, and belief. We are endlessly proud of the people at Venn who work daily to improve millions of lives; this next chapter belongs to them as much as it does to the company.
And now, finally, the world is ready for it.
